Pool on Summit Point 2

Stay was great! House was awesome and was nice having a pool to ourselves. Only complaint was that the hot tub wasn’t super hot. Other than that it was a great experience, highly recommend.

The property was everything we wanted. Tons of activities that kept my family busy. Very clean. Pool and hot tub got tons of use. My wife is now a pinball addict (lol). We couldn’t have had a better experience!!

Great house. Justin is very responsive. House is very clean and neighborhood is very quiet. Great indoor pool. House was great and so was host.

Spent family Christmas with 6 kids 6 and under. The game room, theater room and pool were a hit with kids and adults alike. Hot tub was wonderful and the views spectacular.

We had a wonderful experience. We were traveling with 5 children under the age of 9. The kids did not want to leave the cabin. The pool, game room and theatre room were a big hit!

We had an incredible stay at this property! It was beyond beautiful and incredibly clean. The views while having morning coffee and evening cocktails were spectacular! The pool was amazing and we appreciated how you had to enter, they took extra safety precautions which was much appreciated! Can’t say enough nice things about dealing with Justin. He was completely on top of responding efficiently. We will absolutely be returning this amazing place!!!

Loved every minute of it. Only negative I could say is that the 5th bedroom with the bunk beds was actually the in the game room. Other than that everything was great!!

My parents, brother, and niece joined us for vacation. This house had plenty of space for all of it. The kids loved the pool. I believe it was used everyday. We originally couldn’t figure out how to open the game room door, but we quickly figured it out. Any questions sent to Justin were quickly answered. The house was clean upon arrival. In all it was a lovely place to stay and we were sad to leave.

The property and views are amazing. It was a fantastic and relaxing vacation. We had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were great. The basement theater tv didn’t work but we were still able to watch a movie in the living room. Thank you for a great stay at a wonderful house.

We met our children and grandchildren for a mini vacation. The house was room enough for everyone and plenty of things to keep the children occupied on a rainy day.

We had a great time. The house is huge and beautiful. There were 13 in my family with 3 generations. The house was just the right size for us. The view is so pretty. The house has a great indoor pool and games for all ages. The house had a pack n play and high chair. There were even box fans. So there were lots of extras. They had safety gates to block off the stairs. It just seemed like they had thought of everything we might need. Would love to go back.

A wonderful place. 14 People in house. 2 families. Plenty of room and plenty to do. Everything that is advertised is what you get. Can not say anything bad about this place. We had a small issue with the pool heater on day two of a 6-night stay. Contacted Justin in the morning. He made the phone calls and had it fixed by that evening. Stayed in constant contact with me throughout the entire day. Justin will surprise you with his rapid response time. Just when you think you won't get a message from him (2am just asking a simple question about the cabin before my stay), he surprises you. He made communication easy. Amazing place with an Amazing owner.

This is actually the 3rd time we have stayed at this property, but the first time since it has changed over to new management. They have done an excellent job taking care of this property and have done a great job improving on what was already an amazing rental property! The pool was kept up much cleaner than the previous owner they made a few other improvements to the property, and their communication was excellent! We are excited to come back again soon.

This place was amazing! I highly reccomend staying here ( i have already reccomended/shared this place with a few of my friends). Now, where to begin... let's start with the location. It has beautiful views, including huge windows to take in the view even when indoors from the front of the house. If you go out back, the views are amazing there too! Its very easy to get to and close enough to the main strip in pigeon forge. The grocery store ( kroger) or attractions are like a 15 min drive ( if that). The house itself was beautiful. The wood finish inside was so pretty! The kitchen was just as pictured as well. Very nice. The pool / hot tub was great for my family as they loved spending alot of their time there. ( you do have to get into the pool area from the deck rather than using the doors inside but that was no problem to our family). The game room is where we spent most of our nights playing pinball ( i fell in love with the back to the future table but their is hundreds of digital tables), pacman, and pool. The movie room was a great place to relax and was very nicely set up. My kiddos loved relaxing in this room ( even wanted to sleep in there haha). The owner was easy to contact , very responsive, and provided great information prior to our stay. Overall, i highly recommend staying here when visiting pigeon forge!

We were amazed by the close location to everything and beauty of the home. Plenty of room for the whole family and large bathrooms . Pool was great to keep kids entertained. Mountain views was the best we have seen. Kitchen had everything needed. Memories were made and blessed to have the experience.

This was our first trip to Tennessee. We enjoyed the house overall. It was 2 families that stayed there. 4 adults and 4 children. I thought the house was a perfect size for that amount. The house was clean and everything worked as expected. The only issue we had was with the light bulbs in the chandelier being all out. This was in the main living space and caused the house to be very dim at night when we were all gathering there. Although Justin answered us promptly, no one ever came to replace them. Other than that, our stay was nice and I thought the location of the home was in a good place.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. It is well equipped with EVERYTHING you need. Great communication with the manager of the property and surpassed our expectations. The ONLY thing I would say needs to be changed is the lighting. You can hardly see to eat at the table with the lighting they have. That would be my only complaint.

Beautiful and quiet spot for our family to relax and enjoy our vacation. Kitchen and dinning room were fantastic and accommodated us well. The kids had fun in the hot tub, pool and game room. Communication was excellent and any issues were fixed promptly.
