Z - Inn the Mountains

The place was clean, private, and close to everything we needed. We stayed over spring break and even without leaves on the trees we couldn’t see other houses from the rental house. The location was great. It’s only about 15 minutes to trails and the grocery store and minutes from the arts district. When we visit the area we like to be close enough to downtown Gatlinburg that it’s a quick trip in, but far enough away that we aren’t surrounded by tourists. This place fit the bill. The house had plenty of room for 5 of us. Would definitely stay here again.

We came for a volleyball tournament at the Rocky Top Sports World and it was just 2 miles away. The property was clean and spacious and the beds were very comfy. Loved the decor! Highly recommend!

The home was a perfect spot to stay for the long weekend! Close enough to town but far enough way that you didn’t feel like you were in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

This was a great location just as described. It was quiet and far enough from the big cities but still close enough to easily get groceries, gas, restaurants. We had a great time at the house and were very relaxed. The yard is very steep coming off the house but the kids had a blast sliding down the hills and playing in the yard. We even got snow! The living room is very nice, Tv worked well and couches and chairs were comfy. The rooms were nice and the beds were super comfy. We came during the winter so I would recommend bringing extra blankets because the beds just had sheets and a comforter. The bathroom and shower were awesome. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils that you can actually use to cook! All of the appliances worked well and the coffee pot had a pot brew as well as a k-cup feature. Just a few items we noticed - washable towel rugs in bathroom instead of household ones. They were quite worn and we just used towels instead. The kitchen cabinets were painted inside and need to be lined for the dishes inside. There was a slight musty smell in the kitchen dining and through the hallway. The house was very clean so not sure if this was just because the age of the house. Better signage for the first turn on the driveway especially for night time; Maybe a reflective sign. Communication was great during our stay and they made sure we had everything we needed. We had an amazing time. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is in a great location in the middle of Pigeon Forge and the heart of Gatlinburg easy access to everything. Justin was very good at communicating with us throughout our trip. I will highly recommend this cabin we look forward to staying here next year.

Loved this stay! The ONLY recommendations I would add would be to put reflectors at or along the driveway entrance. As we got there at night, even with bright lights it looked like we pulled into an open field. Also TVs in each room would be nice but considering we didn’t even use the one in the front room as much as we did, it wasn’t an issue! Will definitely Try to rebook here for our next stay!

Although a little mix up on day one and not being able to locate the property, we spoke with the person listed to contact and, well I can tell you it was worth getting there. Lovely home / cabin that feels homey and comfortable. Very peaceful and relaxing. We just hope it is available on our next trip to Gatlinburg, TN. We will go back.

My family stayed here for a trip to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge on vacation. The location is great. We were able to take back roads into Pigeon Forge and Dollywood and not have to deal with the mess of traffic often found between the two towns. The house was perfect for us. The owners provided great communication, answered questions quickly and were wonderful to deal with. Check in was a breeze, the house was clean and had everything we needed. If we return to the area, we would definitely book again. Thanks Jason and Kari!

So this was our first family vacation. My wife and I had never taken our two kids anywhere before and we wanted to go somewhere semi-close to home. Gatlinburg is not so terribly far away and when I found this house online, I knew this would be a great location. And boy was I right. This house was perfect for our family in every way. We cannot thank the owners enough for what they have done to this place to make it a wonderful getaway. We would recommend this house to everyone over and over again. We know where we will be staying on our next trip to Gatlinburg! :-)

The house was off the beaten path so we had trouble locating it when we arrived after dark. There were signs but they had blown over in a recent storm. The rental was wonderful. The house was roomy, beautifully decorated, in a private and quiet location, with a large shower and fully equipped kitchen. We will definitely consider renting this property again. The property manager is thorough when communicating about checking in and checking out. They sent a pdf full of coupons for our use while in Gatlinburg. Wonderful service.

Cabin was very cozy, clean, it had everything we needed for an great time. It was isolated, it if you are looking for a a place away from the crowd this is the one. The communion with Justin was excellent all the time. Signal in the cabin was good. The only suggestion I can make is the outside where the fire pit is to add some lights as it’s very dark. And for the TV we did not have a Roku account to actually be able to watch Netflix etc. The overall was great and we had a great time. Thanks
