Great location with amazing views! We were at the top of the mountain and saw bears pretty much everyday. We’re hoping for the video but had a bear climb in our car!! We were definitely able to create memories here and we definitely would book again.- Posted: 7/26/2025

Perfect graduation getaway!
We really enjoyed our stay at The Meeting Place. The place is beautiful and we saw a bear within a few hours of arrival. If you love video or interactive games, this is definitely your place. We all enjoyed playing. It was super hot when we stayed, so we didn't use the hottub, however, it was ready if we wanted to. The property manager and owners were only a text away. Family Vaca in the mountains
Very beautiful house! The amount of black bears we saw on the property was pretty cool. Seems like the property is on a game trail maybe. My biggest complaint would be about the bed in the master bedroom. This was hands down the most uncomfortable bed my husband & I have slept on from any vacation ever. It feels like a cheap, deflated air mattress. But other than that, it is a beautiful place. The hot tub was a big hit and the arcade games are very fun!- Posted: 6/20/2025

Spectacular Views

The aspect we really love about this cabin is the quiet privacy but still under 10 min from most all attractions in Gatlinburg. 5 min from downtown Gatlinburg, Rocky Top sports and some of the best waterfall hiking trails in park. I really like the cabin living space all being on one level. We also lived the fact that it isn't in the middle of a "cabin farm" with 75 other cabins right on top of you. The views of Mt Leconte along with a comfortable hot tub are hard to beat. This cabin had it all for our family.- Posted: 3/14/2025

Our stay at “ The meeting place “ was absolutely wonderful. Our 2 families who used to leave in Miami , now in North Florida and Illinois , had a great time in “ The meeting place”
This cabin exceeded all of our expectations! Was really clean , games for the kids , and close to Gatlinburg downtown .

My family and I really enjoyed this place, it was everything that was advertised , great place , great location only minutes away from all the fun and activities. The views absolutely breath taking it snowed while we were there beautiful ! Got a visit from the bear the kids took a thousand pictures.. forgot to lock the doors the bears got in the car ( no damage) mother and 2 cubs what an experience !! Its definitely worth every penny spent, no communication issues Shane answered every message promptly.. I will highly recommend The Meeting Place if youre visiting Gatlinburg .. The place was beautiful inside & out! Shane really came through for us when our first Airbnb host took down his listing with less than 2 weeks notice. He & his cohost were responsive to our questions & gave a ton of great recommendations for the area. The house was a treat for just my husband & I but it would also be a wonderful place for a large family gathering. This place was even more beautiful then described.The location of the cabin is breath taking.We felt right at home when we walked in it has a very homie feel to it and very spacious.Everything was extremely clean and maintained.The kids had a blast in the play room and the jacuzzi was an added bonus.We will definitely be staying here again!!!- Posted: 9/30/2024

Beautiful property and location. Very spacious and roomy! Felt right at home. We spotted a family of bears each day from the bedroom window. That was def the highlight of our stay.
