The Cabin:
Honey Hive is a hilltop retreat built for travelers who want quiet, views, and a good time without sacrificing comfort. The main level opens into a sunlit living area with a rustic stone fireplace, plush seating, and big windows pointed at the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters, stainless appliances, and a dining area that flows naturally from the living space. Upstairs, the game loft is the heart of the cabin: foosball, multicade, poker, and board games for nights in. Outside, a flat grassy yard, a deck with the hot tub, and a wood fire pit round out the package.

Very nice place!! I feel like I didn't want to leave; they don't really mention it in the post, but the views! Oh my goodness, I wake up every morning and immediately go outside to see the beautiful mountains and the sunrise. I love it!

Our stay at the Airbnb was very fun! We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, yard games, poker, and local attractions! Our host was very responsive and always there to help! Definitely recommend

I really enjoyed my stay at the cabin! The place was very clean and welcoming. I did not expect the neighbors behind the house or to the side, but it was still peaceful. My family really enjoyed the hot tub and the game room. The owner was very fast at responding to my messages. We will definitely be coming back to this wonderful cabin !

Our family of 6 (parents and 4 kids) really enjoyed our stay at Shane’s cabin over fall break.
My husband and I loved that it is in a quieter location, but still within a 15-minute drive of Pigeon Forge, and Townsend is about 10-15 minutes away on the other side. It’s only about 5-10 minutes from the entrance to the national park.
The mountain views are gorgeous, especially in the morning and at dusk.
Our kids loved the hot tub, fire pit, game room and arcade games. It was a huge hit and they have already asked to go back the next time we’re in the Smokies!

Great location. Unfortunately slammedenuff was still there and they were super loud and disrespectful. I did find animal hair on the blanket on the upstairs bed when we first arrived. Owner was very responsive and friendly to deal with.

All and all, this is a must stay location. You won’t be disappointed.
The cabin was a great Smokey Mountains getaway!!! Convenient location to the National Park, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and other activities.
The cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood that gives you a mountain feel, but still very convenient for the tourist attractions. This choice is also great for families with lots of baby materials and kid attractions including a high chair, travel bed, kid place settings, arcade system, and fooseball table.
The cabin was well furnished, clean, and welcoming.

Beautiful home w/ everything you need in Pigeon Forge
We had a WONDERFUL stay at Justin's place. We found it spotless, comfortable, well furnished, and beautifully decorated (with a subtle honey bee theme). The beds are comfy and the shower pressure is good. Parents can choose to stay in the room upstairs and give the kids the downstairs if they'd like more privacy for themselves. We all enjoyed the hot tub and game room. If you'd like to play poker, there's no need to bring chips; they're there for you (and we left playing cards for you to enjoy!). There's also corn hole boards and bags.In addition, while the cabin is quiet with a lovely view of the mountains, it's in a convenient location very close to PF and not far from Gatlinburg either. Nearby are mountain coasters, mini golf, cafes, Mel's Diner, a coalfire pizza place, an authentic New Orleans restaurant called Paw Paw's (all family fav's), an antique mall, and more. Within walking distance (just down the hill!) are a souvenir shop with locally made items and a taco truck.We had a question the first day of our stay and Justin got back to us right away. Everything was smooth and enjoyable.We are already planning our next trip and would LOVE to stay at Justin's place again!HIGHLY RECOMMEND! A tip: The stores and restaurants in PF close earlier than they do where we're from (at least in early June). If you're looking for a nearby late-night place to eat, Mel's is open later than most.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location is fairly private with tons of space outside and a fantastic fire pit, with there also being some local shops and food trucks within walking distance. The cabin is fairly central around a ton of attractions, with the hosts providing a massive document recommending destinations and restauraunts. Check in was incredibly simple and so was the check out. Overall, I highly recommend this cabin for a nice getaway!

We loved our stay! It is a great cabin in a peaceful environment. Close enough to all of the things to do, but removed enough to be relaxing. We had great responses anytime we had a question or an issue. We will definitely book here again in the future!

This Airbnb is a hidden gem! It's perfectly located in the heart of town, close to restaurants, coffee shops, and stores, yet the setting feels like a secluded nature cabin. The hosts were fantastic and very helpful. I would absolutely stay here again on a future trip to the Smokies.

We loved this Cabin!
Shane was very responsive to the few hiccups we had, which is completely expected with any rental. He had a local guide with all the best venues in the area as well as coupons for local activities. The area is secluded but close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg that it isn’t a hassle getting around. The cabin itself is awesome for the price, we had 6 guests and 1 baby and never felt cramped or congested. The hot tub is secluded and easy to access from the house and the fire pit area out front is cozy. Overall we would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a mountain getaway close to activities but quiet.

House is small but adequate and large yard was great for 2 active boys. Rural location and expansive views were enjoyable, even in late November. Proximity to national park was a plus for hiking interests. Several uniquely interesting local businesses along the highway. Our stay was short so we chose not to go to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg although either would have been an easy drive.

The cabin is beautiful and in an amazing location, close to everything but just far enough away to relax and enjoy. it was immaculately clean and well stocked. Shane's cabin provided a great fall break getaway for my family! The cabin is centrally located in Wears Valley, and it was quick and easy to get into the National Park from this location. Highly recommend!

Great location that’s close enough to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge to enjoy the attractions but far enough away to have a peaceful retreat from the busyness. “Hillbilly’s” diner just down the road from here was a great place for breakfast to start our days. Very clean and stocked with plenty to do. We enjoyed playing corn hole and using the “game loft” to play cards. A TV in almost every room, and the beds were real comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at the honey hive cabin- it was the perfect space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Central location to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge with a short drive to everything we wanted to do. We didn’t go to the pool but the pond is stocked with plenty of hungry bluegill!

We had a good time visiting the area. We never got to use the pool since it was crowded and 2 miles away. Hot tub was clean but we never used it. Overall very nice cabin, we would stay again when we come back to the area. Shane was a great host!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Highly recommended if you have kids and elderly with mobility difficulties. We appreciated the quick response and the cabin had everything we needed. I loved having a washer and dryer. Heads up for the city folks, this is a cabin so it will have well water. Keep in mind to respect surroundings and you will be traveling 15+ minutes for things you need.
