Justin was a great host! The beds are springy and on the firmer side. Being a family of 5 the hot water didn’t stay hot for all 5 baths at night. Be aware the living/kitchen area does not have blinds or curtains—these areas face the main road. The blinds on the bedroom doors were missing a few slats too. These are a few minor things but all in all it was a good cabin. The cabin was close to the Ripken Experience so that was a huge plus for us. We were at the ball field most of the time.

This cabin was awesome! Location is very quiet but only a short drive to all the attractions. We even saw a bear walk in front of the cabin one morning! Note for those staying in the winter - the road leading to the cabin is very steep and present issues if there is snow/ice. Would 100% stay here again!

this place was great ! Loved the views and the house is just like the pictures. We seen some bears and raccoons throughout the day and night .
I was a bit concerned with some reviews of uncomfortable beds but the beds were comfortable .the house overall was GREAT ! I have a one year old, house came with gates to block stairs , high chair and even a play pen. If it comes a time in the future I will most definitely pick this house again .
Justin was very responsive to any questions i had, overall a good host .

This cabin was very nice & cozy. It was clean & everything was as described. The host was responsive with our questions. We saw two bears right beside the porch on the second day of our stay. The porches do not wrap around (i thought from the photos that they did). The only major critique I have is the lack of blinds/curtains. There was nothing to stop people from looking in our windows & even in the upstairs bathroom (if the neighbors tried hard enough) you could easily be seen from the chest up.. We had to put a pillow case over it to have some privacy.
Other than that, the stay was wonderful & we definitely plan to be back.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was super clean upon arrival. The rooms were spacious and lovely. The cabin has wonderful views and is close to so many activities. The hot tub was a really nice bonus. It’s an absolute perfect place for 2 couples because the rooms are 2 floors apart, and both couples get similar rooms and bathrooms.
Most of my suggestions are small, but I’ll still mention them. It would be great if there were more hooks for coats downstairs, and for towels in the bathrooms. While the bed wasn’t truly uncomfortable, the mattress springs made lots of noise whenever someone got in or out of bed - it could be troublesome for folks who are light sleepers. Also it would be great if the main floor had curtains for nighttime.
Overall, it was a great stay and would reserve again.

This place was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for in our first AirBnB stay near Pigeon Forge. Had a very homey vibe and was the perfect size for our group. We were within 15-20 minutes of all the touristy spots to go to in Pigeon Forge and getting to and from the house was easy. The views around the place were breathtaking. Highly recommended staying here for your next Pigeon Forge stay!

It was our fifteenth wedding anniversary and we could not have found a better place. The cabin was pristine and Justin was amazingly responsive to every need. The arcade machine downstairs brought me back to my adolescence. The view from the back porch was beautiful. Any question we had, Justin was on top of it. We arrived late (right after 10 pm) and Justin did not hesitate to help answer every question with grace. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy mountain cabin! The fireplace made the space so inviting, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day. We got snowed in, and the host was incredibly accommodating with our check-out since the roads were iced over. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely come back!

For starters, the place is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The views are immaculate and everything is exactly as clean as the photos portray. The hot tub was amazing and Justin was the best host for communication in my time with AirBNB.
The road leading up is incredibly steep and tight so I would recommend anyone going to just be extremely careful.
10/10 recommend and will likely stay again if available!

The house was perfect for our two family vacation to the mountains. The house was perfect with everything we needed to make a memorable trip and the location was very convenient to pigeon forge and neighboring towns. The cabin was absolutely incredible. We loved every minute of our stay.
It didn't deter from our trip in any way, but did want to note the road up to the cabin was a little scary and very winding if you don't have four wheel drive or mountain experience. And the bed in the downstairs bedroom was a spring mattress which took some adjusting to.

This cabin was everything we were looking for! It was very clean and well furnished we felt right at home! It was honestly really perfect for my family of 5 and we could not have asked for anything more. The hot tub was very nice and so was the arcade machine for keeping the kids entertained! Every floor had a balcony which was nice to wake up to. We were hesitant about taking our Wagoneer up the mountain but everything worked out fine even with the small mountain streets. Justin was also very helpful and a great host! We had an awesome time at this cabin and would recommend it to anyone !

Justin was very quickly to respond to any questions I had.
Great location for visiting gaitlinburg and pigeon forge area. I wish it had better mountain views. They are there in a distance by other cabins but this cabin is surrounded by woods. If driving a one way road is not your thing I would not recommend this cabin. The driveway was a little scary we did meet a car once thankfully we were near a driveway to pull into.
But overall it was a great place to stay and very clean and would stay again! My only recommendation would be more curtains, i like priivacy at night. And maybe a small TV by the arcade games.

Justin’s place is beautiful. It’s located about 10-15 minutes away from everything you’d need. It’s located on top of a mountain so the views were amazing, especially from the upstairs bedroom. It was peaceful and he was a great host. Justin answered all of my questions above and beyond and was super friendly and helpful with recommendations for the area! This was a great stay!

Our stay in the mountains was exactly what we expected! The host was very helpful and provided local information to get the most of our trip. We ended up spending such little time at the house but when we came “home” it was peaceful and relaxing. The house was clean when we arrived, hot tub was on and ready for use and the views were amazing. One thing some family members wished for was a main level bathroom, but we enjoyed our trip. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Justin’s and Kari’s! Will check out their other properties first when looking to book another escape to the Smokies. Cabin was immaculate and had more than what we needed for our trip. Great location! Perfect distance made for easy travel to, and from, the busyness of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but just far enough away to enjoy the wonderful isolation we look for when staying in the mountains. Justin is a wonderful host and answered all our questions before we could even ask them!
Have no complaints other than a later check out!

This cabin is Stunning! The host is very hospitable and very responsive, he had tons of great suggestions for the area that made our trip the fullest, most enjoyable dual family trip we've had. We stayed with another couple and their young baby and ours and we had great separation of privacy due to the lay out of this home. The trek up the mountain is something you will get used to and I'd definitely say AWD or 4x4 only. I just wouldn't trust regular 2wd myself. The views on ALL sides of this location are amazing! The only thing I wish there was was a main floor restroom. Aside from this absolutely no complaints! The home was clean, the Game machine was such a fun treat, and the hot tub was clean, the weather was beautiful and I would most DEFINITELY come back to this prime location. Literally only 15 mins away from Pigeon Forge if that, and 25 mins to Gatlinburg with PLENTY of sights and attractions. This was with out a shadow of a doubt the most fulfilling vacation. Thank you!

My family stayed at this cabin for4 nights & we absolutely loved it. The host, Justin, is very attentive & always responded quickly. It was in a perfect location as it was so close to Gatlinburg & the Pigeon forge attractions. The cabin is just as pictured & feels very brand new. The views in the neighborhood are also so breathtaking, we enjoyed taking walks just to see the scenery.
The ride up to the cabin was a bit scary for us as we are not used to such heights in FL but we quickly adjusted to driving up & down the mountain. We initially were worried about taking our sedan up & down every day as it isn’t a 4wd but it all worked out & the car made it!
Overall I definitely recommend this home, it helped make our vacation to Tennessee much more memorable!

The cabin was very beautiful! Would definitely stay again on another trip if available ! Only thing I would highly recommend is more window coverings in the cabin especially in the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Mattresses (springy) and pillows could be better too. But overall the cabin is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay!

I really enjoyed this mini vacation with my family. My daughter loves the hot tub and all of us loved to be able to sit outside on different level decks to enjoy the views. The place overall was just immaculate.

This was a very cozy cabin. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. They had the basement and we had the the bedroom on the top floor which worked out perfectly. We would have preferred window coverings in the living room but really it wasn’t an issue! Thanks for your hospitality!

Justin’s place was beautiful and practically new! He was very responsive and communicated with us throughout our stay as well as having suggestions on local things to do. The cabin is a 10 minute drive to Pigeon Forge and about a 24 minute drive to Gatlinburg just far enough but not to far! Perfect getaway for us! We love the area and will be returning!

The cabin was GREAT‼️ I made a few suggestions on a few things that could make the stay even better. Our only problem was the mattress on both beds was BAD ‼️ but I believe they will change them and put a mattress pad over the plastic protector. We went to Walmart and purchased a topper so we could get a goodnight sleep

Very nice cabin. the hot tub was very nice and private, the cabin was very clean and the location was perfect.
The only 2 suggestions I have would be to add some steps into hot tub. My wife and kids were able to get in and out but it would be a lot easier with a step or two into the tub. the 2nd would be towel hooks in the bathrooms. ** is a brand new place so it may be in the works already.
We will definitely be back.
